The most benefit

The more I read about fasting, the more the nights minimally make sense.  It is naturally a time for fasting.  The most benefit then is to let the body relax and adjust to its tasks.  That means us too resting from eating.  We eat we also not eat.  Natural.  Breakfast means this and can be done anytime even at noon.

Zebra leggings

The tights that my colleagues gave me for Christmas.  The year was 1990, the place was People House in Denver, Colorado.

The set was Western

The ranch house had a rudimentary kitchen.  Texas chili was in the pot over the fireplace.  Coffee was boiling.
